Has anyone had this problem? All my data point screens are frozen, so what pops up is all I can use for my premium screener. I can't scroll down beyond what pops up. M.S. has eliminated the "sector average" data point which I found extremely useful in my screens. Just renewed my subscription for $199, but what am I getting for it? Been with M.S. for 15 years, price goes up but the service seems to be going down. Do I need to delte and reload M.S. premium screener? Or, what?
